Hi, I'm Emma Farmer.
[Placeholder bio] I've spent the last several years learning, practicing, and teaching classical Pilates — the method as it was originally developed, passed down carefully from teacher to student. My work is grounded in patience, precision, and a genuine belief that this practice belongs to everyone.
[Placeholder] I teach beginners and lifelong movers, people navigating pain or injury, dancers refining their instrument, and folks in the prenatal and postpartum seasons. Whatever brings you in, my goal is the same: to help you feel more at home in your body.
"Movement isn't something we earn — it's something we're always allowed to return to." [Placeholder pull quote]
